Shipping policy

S H I P P I N G   I N F O R M A T I O N

nanaCompany offers $5 flat rate standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States.

Receive free standard shipping on orders $75+ (pre-tax and after any eligible discounts) for delivery within the contiguous United States. *Excluded from these offers includes shipping to multiple addresses, or addresses outside the contiguous United States.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 3 days to process your order— accounting for holidays, weekends, or higher than normal volume due to sales and promotions. Please note: we ship Monday through Friday. An email will be sent to let you know your order is on the way!
 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped via USPS and delivery can be expected within 2 - 7 days, however issues may occur due to carrier transportation that are out of our hands. A flat rate shipping fee of $5 applies to orders shipping to the contiguous United States.

If Priority Shipping is desired, please message us for availability and rates.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping with calculated shipping rates and a handling fee.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines for international shipping can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NanaCompany is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns that are initiated up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and is not FINAL SALE. We hope you will always be satisfied with your purchases, but in the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@nanaCompany.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
